Do you have the knowledge necessary to relax and enjoy your skitour and make the right decisions outside of the ski tracks?
We give avalanche safety courses, held by a certified IVBV/IFMGA /UIAGM/ mountainguide, where you will learn the knowledge necessary to travel in the mountains in a safe manner.
If you already have some experience we can also arrange advanced courses.
At an avalanche safety course you learn how to plan your skitour, anticipate the avalanche terrain, make good route choices, snow knowledge, as well as search and rescue. Weather forecast and snow forecast is also important parts of a good planning strategy.
We recommend 3 days courses, but also arrange for two days.
Price per day from 1500 NOK/person
We arrange our courses around Skjomen/Narvik, and we may also do a day in the ski resort in Narvik. We can also arrange the courses elsewhere upon request.
